Black degrading reaching white, ART
You can take a canvas, some brushes and colors, and voila! Art, a painting many will like, some will not, but, in it's very coldness, it transmits warmth. How can that be?
Let a camera trap the light, take a photo from a different angle, and voila! Art again.
Take a pencil or a chalk and draw the figure, make the shadows very black, leave the lights very white, and voila! beautiful piece of Art.
The creation comes from the very soul, deep, deep inside, one moment the inspiration is there for you to grap, another moment it is gone. In art there should be no doubts, if you are inspired you go at it without thinking twice, if you like it, there you are, no changing, no erasing, just simply go right on. If you are satisfied with the results, who cares about anything else? Nevertheless artists rarely feel it that way, the temperamental personality of an artist makes him be unsatisfied with his work, allways wanting to do different, to do more, pulling their hair out, stamping their feet hard on the floor, acting histerical, a show for themselves as only public, they have to let go all the excess of energy and be able to look at his work and really see it. The strength, the passion, it all has to pop out, to touch the heart of the public, to shake the feelings, to transmit the essence. Art is so many things and feelings together and yet it needs something as flat and boring as technic.
What does the make believe of forms? just light and shadow. What appeals most to the eye? the contrasts in color. What makes you like or not a piece of art? the quantity and quality of impression it prints on your soul, thorough your eyes, like a dart. And that impression is no other than the passion of the artist.
Our whole life is light and shadow, color, passion, energy, our life is ART.
